Fermented Foods are a favourite with my customers with my Scottish Style Kimchi and Apple Ginger Kraut as well as seasonal creations, all made locally and in small batches.

I create a variety of delicious, fresh, naturally gluten-free, vegan friendly energy bars all packed with nutritional superfood powders to ensure you enjoy and utilise all the ingredients to the best of your ability. I utilize local and organic produce from small farmers/co-ops where at all possible, as well as being environmentally conscious in any packaging used.
